CLIENT SERVICE AGREEMENT

This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Saving Fido Dog Walking (“Saving Fido”) and the undersigned client (“Client”). By electronically signing this Agreement, Client acknowledges they have read, understood, and agree to all terms below.

- Rabies vaccination
- DHLPP vaccination
- Bordetella vaccination

| SECTION 6: CANCELLATION POLICY |
| SECTION 7: INCLEMENT WEATHER |
| SECTION 8: ACCESS – KEYS, FOBS, AND BUILDING ENTRY |
| SECTION 9: FAILED ACCESS AND FORFEITED VISITS |
- Saving Fido will attempt to contact Client at the primary phone number on file.
- If no response, Saving Fido will attempt to contact the designated emergency contact.
- If access cannot be obtained within 10 minutes of the scheduled walk start time, the visit will be considered forfeited.
- The full service fee will be charged for the forfeited visit.
